How do we know he is suspect? How much must the seller ask?
Sell him produce — even at sowing time
→ assume he will eat it
Permissiveand lend him
Lend him his se'ah measure — though he has a threshing floor
he may only be taking grain to the mill
Change his coins — though he has workers
he may spend them on something permitted
Permissiveand change for him
But if he says outright it is for sin

Selling a Plowing Cow during Shemittah
מְכִירַת פָּרָה חוֹרֶשֶׁת
בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים, לֹא יִמְכֹּר לוֹ פָרָה חוֹרֶשֶׁת בַּשְּׁבִיעִית.
וּבֵית הִלֵּל מַתִּירִין, מִפְּנֵי שֶׁהוּא יָכוֹל לְשָׁחֲטָהּ.
מוֹכֵר לוֹ פֵּרוֹת אֲפִלּוּ בִּשְׁעַת הַזֶּרַע,
וּמַשְׁאִיל לוֹ סְאָתוֹ אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁהוּא יוֹדֵעַ שֶׁיֶּשׁ לוֹ גֹּרֶן,
וּפוֹרֵט לוֹ מָעוֹת אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁהוּא יוֹדֵעַ שֶׁיֶּשׁ לוֹ פּוֹעֲלִים.
