One who returns a debt in Sheviis - the spirit of the Sages is pleased with him.
One who borrowed from a convert whose sons converted with him - he need not return [it] to his sons.
but if he did return [it], the spirit of the Sages is pleased with him.
All movable property is acquired by [the act of] drawing it [to oneself].
And anyone who keeps his word - the spirit of the Sages is pleased with him:

This English is a clause-by-clause rendering to help you follow the Hebrew. It is not word-for-word literal, and it is not a transcript of the recorded shiur — the audio carries explanation and context the translation deliberately leaves out.

The spirit of the Chachamim is pleased
CaseRulingReason
Should one repay a debt Sheviis has cancelled?Yes — the spirit of the Chachamim is pleased with him
And if one borrowed from a ger whose sons converted with him, and the ger died — must the sons be repaid? No — as converts, the sons are not the ger’s heirs; but repay them anyway and the spirit of the Chachamim is pleased
And if movables were paid for but not yet drawn into the buyer's possession — may either side back out?Yes — money alone doesn’t close the sale; only meshichah does; but whoever stands by his word — the spirit of the Chachamim is pleased with him
