One may not write a pruzbul unless [the borrower has] land.
If he has none, [the lender] grants him any [small] amount within his own field.
[If] he had a field mortgaged in the town, one may write a pruzbul on it.
Rabbi Chutzpis says: one may write for a man against his wife's property, and for orphans against their guardians' property:
A reading aid, not an exact translation.

This English is a clause-by-clause rendering to help you follow the Hebrew. It is not word-for-word literal, and it is not a transcript of the recorded shiur — the audio carries explanation and context the translation deliberately leaves out.
