A beehive - Rabbi Eliezer says: it is like land,
and one may write a pruzbul on it,
and it does not become susceptible to impurity in its place,
and one who removes [honey] from it on Shabbos is liable.
But the Chachamim say: it is not like land,
and one may not write a pruzbul on it,
and it does become susceptible to impurity in its place,
and one who removes [honey] from it on Shabbos is exempt:
A reading aid, not an exact translation.

This English is a clause-by-clause rendering to help you follow the Hebrew. It is not word-for-word literal, and it is not a transcript of the recorded shiur — the audio carries explanation and context the translation deliberately leaves out.

CaseRulingReason
Is a fixed beehive treated like land?Rabbi Eliezer: Yes:
a pruzbul may be written on it
no tumah in its place — the hive stands attached to the ground
removing honey on Shabbos — chayav, as if detaching produce from the ground
Chachamim: No:
no pruzbul is written on it
the hive can become tamei in its place
removing honey on Shabbos — patur — nothing attached to the ground is being detached
