וְלָמָּה אָמְרוּ שָׁלֹשׁ אֲרָצוֹת,
שֶׁיִּהְיוּ אוֹכְלִין בְּכָל אַחַת וְאַחַת עַד שֶׁיִּכְלֶה הָאַחֲרוֹן שֶׁבָּהּ.
רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן אוֹמֵר, לֹא אָמְרוּ שָׁלֹשׁ אֲרָצוֹת אֶלָּא בִיהוּדָה.
וּשְׁאָר כָּל הָאֲרָצוֹת, כְּהַר הַמֶּלֶךְ.
וְכָל הָאֲרָצוֹת, כְּאַחַת לַזֵּיתִים וְלַתְּמָרִים:
And why did they say three lands?
So that they may eat in each one until the last [of that species] in it is gone.
Rabbi Shimon says: they said three lands only regarding Yehuda.
And all the other lands are like the King's Mountain.
And all the lands are as one regarding olives and dates:
