One who pickles three [kinds of] preserved vegetables in one barrel -
Rabbi Eliezer says: one may eat [from all] on the strength of the first [gone from the field].
Rabbi Yehoshua says: even on the strength of the last.
Rabban Gamliel says: whichever kind is gone from the field, he must remove its kind from the barrel, and the halacha is like his words.
Rabbi Shimon says: all vegetables are [treated] as one for biur.
One may eat purslane until the [wild] purslane of the Beis Netofa valley is gone:

This English is a clause-by-clause rendering to help you follow the Hebrew. It is not word-for-word literal, and it is not a transcript of the recorded shiur — the audio carries explanation and context the translation deliberately leaves out.

CaseRulingReason
Until when may a barrel of three pickled kinds be eaten?Rabbi Eliezer: On the first — once the earliest kind is gone from the field, the whole barrel goes
Rabbi Yehoshua: Even on the last — eat them all until the latest kind is gone
Rabban Gamliel: Each kind for itself — when its kind is gone from the field, he removes that kind from the barrel; and the halacha follows his words
Rabbi Shimon: All vegetables share one biur clock
Eat purslane until the wild purslane (sigariyos) of the valley of Beis Netofa is gone — its moist ground keeps it in the field latest
